Type B patient transport vehicle for civil protection and disaster management in Schleswig-Holstein

Summary

The tender covers the supply of 20 identical Type B patient transport vehicles for civil protection and disaster management in Schleswig-Holstein, with an option for 10 additional vehicles. The vehicles must be all-wheel drive, suitable for transporting two lying patients or one lying and one seated patient, and equipped with medical, electrical, communication, safety and rescue equipment. The contract is awarded on the basis of price; electronic submission is required. The bidder must submit a technically detailed offer in German using the provided forms, including at least two comparable conversion drawings, a preliminary implementation schedule, actual vehicle dimensions and weights, an energy and weight balance, conformity confirmations, documentation and information on subcontractors. The vehicles must comply with the specified DIN standards and detailed technical requirements, including a minimum 110 kW diesel engine, a maximum permissible mass of 5,500 kg, defined dimensions, all-wheel drive and operation from -30 °C to +50 °C. The bidder must provide the required declarations, evidence, technical descriptions, quality documentation, inspection records, manuals and maintenance plans. A product-related quality management system such as ISO 9001 or an equivalent standardized system is required. The bidder must provide a 36-month warranty after transfer into state ownership, reduced to 24 months after first registration, and guarantee spare-parts availability for at least 15 years after delivery of the last vehicle.
