Building cleaning services

Summary

The procurement covers routine cleaning and partial glass-cleaning services at buildings C and D of the GKV-Spitzenverband’s German Liaison Office for Health Insurance Abroad (DVKA) in Bonn, covering approximately 3,288.27 m². Areas include offices, functional and meeting rooms, foyers, corridors, stairwells, galleries, lifts, kitchenettes and sanitary facilities. Glass cleaning covers 15 glass doors and the specified glass surfaces; window cleaning is excluded. Special cleaning, such as carpet cleaning, is ordered separately when needed. Routine cleaning is carried out Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00, at the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly intervals specified in the tender documents. The contractor must provide staff, equipment and cleaning products, carry out quality checks and ensure cover for staff absences. The offer must include a binding service delivery concept, and each of its six sections must achieve at least a satisfactory rating. A site visit before submitting an offer is mandatory. It must be arranged by 21 October 2026 and take place between 1 and 22 October 2026. Offers must be submitted in German through the electronic procurement platform by 14:00 on 30 October 2026. The contract is expected to start on 4 January 2027, initially for one year, with automatic extensions up to a maximum of four years. The service quality concept accounts for 30% of the evaluation and price for 70%; the proposed cleaning hours and the hourly rate for special cleaning are also assessed.
