Timber Construction and Ventilated Façade

Summary

The contract covers timber construction and installation of a ventilated façade for the new EmsWerk heat-generation plant. The contractor must use FSC- or PEFC-certified timber, or demonstrate equivalent compliance, and must keep construction and demolition waste separated and ensure its lawful disposal or recovery. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 30 October 2026; the offer remains binding until 29 December 2026. Prices must be stated in euros, excluding VAT, to no more than three decimal places. Offers are evaluated on total price, using the gross price for evaluation. Bidders must submit the required suitability and exclusion-ground declarations, pricing documents, and timber certification or other acceptable evidence. The contract will only be awarded after the decision on the requested funding has been received.
