Safety and health coordination for the refurbishment of the security control centre at Museum Folkwang

Summary

The City of Essen, acting through GVE Grundstücksverwaltung Stadt Essen GmbH, is procuring safety and health coordination services for the renewal of security technology at the Museum Folkwang while the museum remains in operation. The services cover planning and preparation coordination as well as construction-stage oversight: two site inspections per month are planned over 35 months, for a total of 70 visits, together with an extraordinary visit, hourly work and incidental costs. The security technology works will be carried out in stages from February 2027 to December 2029 and include refurbishment of the security control and access-control area, cabling, camera and laser equipment, and minor roof and external-area works. The procurement is not divided into lots.
