Cz crystal growth system for fluoride crystals – 2027

Summary

The tender concerns the delivery, installation and commissioning of one Cz crystal-growth system for producing fluoride single crystals, together with documentation, factory and final acceptance testing, and fault service. The system must produce crystals up to 100 mm in diameter and up to 5 kg using a Czochralski-type pulling process and must meet detailed vacuum, heating, gas supply, control, measurement, safety and data-recording requirements. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 29 September 2026 at 09:00. The maximum delivery period is 12 months and the budget limit is EUR 580,000 net. Price is the only award criterion, with 15-year electricity life-cycle costs added to the bid price for evaluation.
