Sampling of standing waters

Summary

This tender concerns the sampling and analysis of standing waters at the Bleiloch and Hohenwarte reservoirs according to winter and summer programmes. The contractor must manage the entire process from initial consultation and reception of sampling requirements at the client to the delivery of samples. The scope and locations are defined: in the winter programme there are three sampling sites per reservoir; in the summer programme up to seven sites at different depths by boat and up to six composite samples. The maximum number of samples per deployment day is 43 at Bleiloch reservoir and 33 at Hohenwarte reservoir. The required boat equipment and skipper are already provided under contract by TLUBN and will be available to the contractor. The contract includes: 1) initial consultation and acceptance of sampling requirements at the client; 2) planning and coordination of sampling; 3) sampling; 3.1 sample preparation and filling; 3.2 on-site analysis; 3.3 field blanks; 4) transmission of on-site parameters; 5) sample transport and handover.
