Schönermark wastewater treatment plant sludge dewatering renewal – Lot 3: Technical equipment

Summary

The tender concerns Lot 3, the technical equipment works for renewing the sludge dewatering system at the Schönermark wastewater treatment plant. The scope includes dismantling and disposing of existing pipework, the centrifuge and other equipment; supplying and installing a new centrifuge and control equipment; pipework and pump installation; a polymer preparation and dosing system; centrifuge pumping-station equipment; steelwork; measuring equipment; documentation; testing and commissioning. The centrifuge must achieve a nominal capacity of 270 kg of dry solids per hour and a maximum capacity of 400 kg of dry solids per hour; the corresponding hydraulic capacities are 15 and 25 m³/h, and the separation rate must be 98%. The works must be performed in German and coordinated with the contracting authority. The bid must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the suitability declaration, demonstrate comparable experience and identify the type and scope of subcontracted work. Alternative offers are permitted only together with a main offer.
