Open-house discount agreements for Naproxen medicinal products, ATC M01AE02

Summary

This is an open-house model rather than a competitive open procedure. AOK Bayern intends to conclude identical, non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested pharmaceutical companies that meet the stated requirements for the active substance Naproxen, ATC M01AE02. The earliest contract start is 1 November 2026 and all agreements end on 31 October 2028. A contract may be concluded at any time during this period, but no later than 3 September 2028. Complete and correct documents received by the 3rd day of a month allow the contract to start on the next month’s first day; otherwise it starts on the first day of the following month. The agreement may be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of a calendar month. The company must submit the signed contract, the signed list of the covered medicinal products and a signed reliability declaration. Documents may be submitted on paper or electronically with a qualified electronic signature. Exact technical and other participation requirements must be checked in the official tender documents.
