Zeppelinstraße, Lernort Zeppelinfeld - 1_1_501 road construction and traffic areas - Part 1

Summary

The tender concerns structural restoration and exhibition setup in the Zeppelinstraße area, including the Zeppelin tribune (approximately 360 m long) and the Zeppelinfeld site (approximately 360 m by 360 m), as well as the conversion of the former Dutzendteich station into an information point with ticket sales. The area and structures date from the 1930s, form part of the former Reichsparteitag complex and are protected cultural heritage. The works will be carried out in multiple construction phases, with a planned completion in 2030. The scope includes earthworks, road drainage, cable ducts, unconsolidated upper layers, asphalt layers, pavements, installations, street furniture, and vegetation works.
