Conventional electricity supply

Summary

The tender is for the supply of conventional electricity to 48 delivery points belonging to the Ostprignitz-Ruppin district from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The forecast volume is 2,581,754.8 kWh, but it is not a guaranteed minimum or maximum. No renewable electricity or guarantees of origin are required. The contract is awarded as one overall contract, without lots. Bidders must submit an electronic offer in German, including the completed price sheet. The sheet must state separate net annual base charges and net consumption prices for SLP delivery points (without registered demand measurement) and RLM delivery points (with registered load-profile measurement). The submitted prices and forecast volumes will be used for evaluation; price is the sole award criterion. After award, final consumption prices will be adjusted using a formula based on reference and procurement prices, but this adjustment will not change the ranking of bids. Network charges, taxes and other statutory charges are billed separately. The deadline for submission is 19 October 2026 at 10:00. The tender documents require a declaration concerning exclusion grounds and set out provisions for joint bids, subcontracting and reliance on another company’s capacity.
