Routine, deep, special and post-construction cleaning for schools, sports halls and the district town hall

Summary

The City of Chemnitz is procuring recurring, deep, special and post-construction cleaning, including glass cleaning, for schools, sports halls and the Wittgensdorf district town hall. Lot 1 covers Borna Primary School and its sports hall, the sports hall at the temporary school site on Wittgensdorfer Straße 121, Kirchner Primary School and Wittgensdorf Town Hall. Lot 2 covers the Vocational School Centre for Business II with its sports hall and Weststraße Primary School with its sports hall; Lot 3 covers Gebrüder-Grimm Primary School with its sports hall and the school building at Wielandstraße 4. Services are scheduled to start on 1 March 2027 and run through 28 February 2029, with annual extension options up to 29 February 2032.
