Implementation of SIB Bauwerke 2.0 Day-One Functionality

Summary

The procurement covers development of SIB Bauwerke 2.0 into a production-ready minimum viable product for managing data on road and other engineering structures and supporting inspections under DIN 1076. The work includes data migration, validation checks, standard reports, business-intelligence analysis and interfaces, catalogues, offline use with file-based import and export, and calculation of the load-bearing capacity index. It also covers usability and performance improvements and the provision of at least two demonstration environments.
