Saarlouis Roden industrial site, Lot 7: Demolition, earthworks, sewer construction and sealing layer works at Winterstauplatz

Summary

gwSaar is procuring preparatory infrastructure and earthworks for the Winterstauplatz area of the Saarlouis Roden industrial site, Lot 7, to prepare the site for Vetter. The works include removing paved areas and base layers, surveying for unexploded ordnance, soil replacement and terrain modelling, constructing rainwater and wastewater sewers, removing and rebuilding a drainage swale, and installing a new asphalt sealing layer. Work is scheduled from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with staggered release of work in Sections A, B and C.
