Production, personalization and ready-for-dispatch provisioning of electronic health cards (eGK) and PIN/PUK letters

Summary

The tender concerns the production, personalization, secure data processing, packaging and ready-for-dispatch provisioning of electronic health cards (eGK) as well as production and ready-for-dispatch provisioning of PIN/PUK letters for the participating health insurance funds. The eGK services relate to specification eGK G2.1, with optional rPVC variant and all later physical generations approved by the insurers. The PIN/PUK letters also include the data- and print-related delivery by the insurer's needs. Participating health insurers are eight public-law entities; contracts are concluded directly with the contractor and the insurers under a framework agreement; ongoing production and service provision begins on 01/08/2027. The first 48 months volumes are indicative: about 4,490,606 standard eGK G2.1 cards, 1,924,545 rPVC-eGK G2.1 cards, 3,812,299 PIN/PUK letters, 381,230 deliveries with delivery identifiers, 6,415,151 calculation units for technical processing and/or mail-out with UPOC, 5,132,121 attached main flyers (organi donor flyer) and 2,420,000 attached add-on flyers.
