Renovation of Building and Technical Infrastructure: Joinery Works

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the building and technical infrastructure in Munich, including joinery and carpentry works: removal of approximately 20 wooden door elements, installation of approximately 23 wooden doors, around 285 free-swing door closers with smoke alarm systems, and the dismantling, modification, reinstallation or new installation of wooden wall, cabinet and office-cabinet claddings covering approximately 250 m², 500 m² and 75 m² respectively. Maintenance services are also included. The estimated value is EUR 965,350 excluding VAT.
