Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the timber facade of the new primary and secondary school on Torquato-Tasso-Straße in Munich. The works include window, French-door and door units with fittings and glazing, timber panels, ventilated timber wall, parapet and lintel claddings with metal substructures, an aluminium roof-edge wall covering, solid-timber louvre elements and vertical awnings. Indicative quantities include 2,175 m² of window and timber-clad elements, 502 m² of ventilated wall and column cladding, 805 m² of solid-timber louvre cladding, 139 m² of aluminium cladding, 125 timber louvre elements and 14 awnings. Work is expected to start on 5 April 2027 or within 12 working days after the contracting authority’s instruction, and must be completed within 356 working days of commencement.
