The tender concerns non-exclusive pharmaceutical rebate agreements for medicines containing tacrolimus, limited to prolonged-release capsules and capsules, under Section 130a(8) of the German Social Code Book V. The contracts are arranged through an open-house model: any interested pharmaceutical company may participate if it meets and accepts the participation conditions. There are no individual contract negotiations and no supply exclusivity. Purchase quantities are unknown and no minimum quantities are guaranteed.
