Framework Agreement for Technical Moving and Disposal Services

Summary

Bayerischer Rundfunk is procuring a 48-month framework agreement, running from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031, for recurring technical moves and disposal services. Lot 1 covers the dismantling where required, protective packing, transport, unloading and positioning of sensitive technical equipment, including servers, storage and network components, and media-production equipment. Lot 2 covers clearing, dismantling, removal and lawful disposal or recovery of items such as furniture, built-in kitchens and cabinets, technical equipment and various waste streams; the estimated area to be cleared is approximately 7,500 m². Services will be ordered as needed at the broadcaster’s sites, mainly in the Munich area, with other sites in Bavaria also possible.
