Summary

Münchner Wohnen GmbH and its affiliated companies are procuring a framework agreement for the maintenance, inspection, repair and emergency servicing of 655 lifts across four lots covering properties in Munich, Taufkirchen and Unterhaching. The scope also includes annual maintenance and inspection of lift-shaft smoke extraction systems, fault response, repairs and associated spare parts; lift emergency communication equipment is to be converted from 2G to LTE by 31 July 2028.
