External works for the new Rottweil District Office building

Summary

The contract covers the construction of external areas for the new administrative building of the Rottweil District Office at Königstraße 36. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers the area around the car park; Lot 2 covers the rooftop garden and roof areas, forecourt, courtyard above the underground car park, and the Marienstraße area. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Variant bids are not permitted, and price is the sole award criterion. The works will be carried out in stages during 2027–2028. Lot 1 is due for completion by 8 November 2027; the separate areas in Lot 2 are scheduled for completion between 7 December 2027 and 13 December 2028. The forecourt schedule includes 20 working days for weather-related interruptions; interruptions within this allowance do not extend the deadline. The bidder must submit the required tender forms and priced bill of quantities, together with evidence of liability insurance and compliance with the other suitability requirements.
