Shell construction works for the conversion and extension of the former Alte Mauritzschule

Wohn + Stadtbau GmbH is procuring shell construction works for the conversion and extension of the former Alte Mauritzschule at Warendorfer Straße 66 in Münster. The project will create 11 privately financed apartments, a large day-care facility for children and a three-group kindergarten. The single, undivided contract covers shell works in the existing main building and the new kindergarten annex, including earthworks, drainage, concrete and reinforced-concrete work, steelwork, masonry, insulation and related openings and supports.
