JDS Rastatt General Renovation – Screed Works

Summary

Rastatt District Office is procuring screed and associated floor-construction works for the general renovation of JDS Rastatt. The works include 1,200 m² of 60 mm polyurethane rigid-foam insulation, 2,260 m² of 20 mm cement-bound levelling fill on existing reinforced-concrete floors, 2,970 m² of screed studded panels, 1,360 m² of 60 mm floating cement screed (CT-C40-F5-S60), and 2,650 m² of thin-layer screed using the Schlüter BEKOTEC system with rubber.
