Workplace addiction prevention services

Summary

The tender concerns DAK-Gesundheit’s workplace addiction-prevention services, divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers the design and delivery of online or, exceptionally, in-person talks and seminars for managers, employee representatives and staff. Topics include addiction disorders, employment and social law, workplace safety, recognising problems, conducting conversations and available support. Estimated annual volumes are 9 online talks and 1 in-person talk for managers and employee representatives, plus 9 online seminars and 1 in-person seminar for that group; for staff, 8 online talks and 1 in-person talk, plus 8 online seminars and 1 in-person seminar. Up to 2 consultancy days per year may also be commissioned for developing concepts and evaluating quality. Lot 2 covers training workplace addiction-prevention contacts: over approximately 6 months, a total of 9 days across three three-day live online seminars, followed by a virtual half-day closing colloquium, usually for 8–12 participants. The estimated volume is 3 training programmes per year. The provider must also deliver 3 six-hour refresher seminars per year for graduates and may be commissioned for up to 2 consultancy days annually to further develop concepts and programmes. The bidder must provide sufficient qualified staff, comply with current workplace health promotion and addiction-prevention quality standards, and adapt content to the audience and industry. The bid must include the relevant service concepts and brief descriptions of participant materials, as well as a company and working-methods description of no more than 3 A4 pages. Price is the sole award criterion, and the lowest-priced total bid wins each lot. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 30 October 2026 at 12:00.
