Workspace One OSS Licences and Related Services Framework Agreement

Summary

Dataport is procuring Workspace One OSS device licences, licence renewals, maintenance and fault-handling services, and technical engineering and security advisory services under a single-lot framework agreement. The planned initial order is 66,000 licences; the pricing schedule also covers estimated additional and renewed licences, monthly maintenance, and up to 200 technical engineering hours and 100 security advisory hours per year. The initial term is 2027–2028, with two possible one-year extensions through 2030; the framework may include up to 10 suppliers.
