Natural gas tender for the City of Monschau 2027–2029

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of natural gas to the City of Monschau’s consumption points from 1 January 2027 to 1 January 2030. The forecast supply volume is approximately 4,536,323 kWh per year, covering schools, the town hall, sports halls, fire stations, the municipal archive and the swimming pool energy centre, among other sites. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 5 October 2026 at 13:00. Price is the only award criterion. An electronic auction will take place between 8 October 2026 and 13 November 2026, during which the binding price submitted in the first phase may be reduced. The bidder must prove registration in the relevant register, provide general and natural-gas-specific turnover information for the last three financial years, and submit at least two references for comparable supplies. The bidder must also provide the required exclusion-ground and Russia-related compliance declarations, identify the parts intended for subcontracting, and use electronic invoicing.
