Implementation of the GaFöG at St. Johann Primary School, Könen branch

Summary

The City of Konz is procuring architectural planning services for the expansion and modernisation of St. Johann Primary School in Könen. The project includes a new canteen building with ancillary and functional rooms, a central heating system serving the new building and the existing school, and energy-efficiency renovations to the existing school buildings. Planning services for buildings and interiors cover HOAI service phases 1–9 across both construction phases; phases 1–5 are initially commissioned, while phases 6–9 are optional and subject to funding and approval. Planning through phase 3 is due by 31 August 2027, and the first construction phase is scheduled for completion by 31 December 2029.
