Digital editorial and content management system for the BMV procurement manuals

Summary

The Federal Ministry for Transport is procuring a web-based, cloud-hosted editorial and content management system for its procurement manuals. The contract covers migrating and structuring the existing contents of the manuals for supplies, services and professional services (VHLF) and water engineering (VHB-W), commissioning and operating the system, support, maintenance and training. Optional services include a 12-month contract extension, additional training, further platform development and migration of the road construction procurement manual (HVA).
