Summary

Bayern Tourismus Marketing GmbH is procuring event planning and delivery support for its regular B2B and B2C events, mainly in Germany. The services include event design and advice, equipment and technical planning, setup and dismantling, on-site support, promoters and moderators, and storage of event materials in the Munich area (approximately 30 m²). The contract also covers storage, transport, setup, technical support and maintenance of the Bayern Event Cube for events in Germany and potentially abroad, as well as smaller project assignments.
