Medizinischer Dienst Nord is procuring a full-service employee bicycle leasing scheme under a framework agreement with one provider. The service covers bicycles and pedelecs with a maximum speed of 25 km/h (S-pedelecs excluded), leasing through individual orders, a digital platform for ordering, handover and billing, a monthly payroll interface, insurance and maintenance services, protection against participant payment defaults, implementation, training and ongoing platform operation. The scheme is funded solely through salary conversion, with no employer subsidy; the planning estimate is approximately 160 employees, with a maximum of 500 leased bicycles and a maximum value of EUR 3,600,000 net.
