Supply and installation of a Czochralski system for growing oxide crystals

Summary

Forschungsverbund Berlin e.V. is procuring the delivery, installation and commissioning of a Czochralski crystal-growth system for oxide single crystals, particularly Ga₂O₃. The system must support crystal diameters of 15–100 mm and weights of 60 g–5 kg, with growth in a double-walled, water-cooled stainless-steel chamber under static or flowing gas atmospheres at up to 500 mbar overpressure. The scope also includes documentation, factory and final acceptance, and fault-response service.
