Digital multifunction systems for schools

Summary

The City of Sankt Augustin is procuring a 60-month rental of 26 digital multifunction systems for its schools, including installation, configuration, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, technical support, spare parts and consumables (excluding paper). The devices will initially serve 13 schools, with two devices added for the 14th school from 1 January 2029. The total contract allowance is 12,290,000 black-and-white and 2,052,000 colour copies; the contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2031 and also includes collection and recycling of the devices at the end of the term.
