Ventilation works as part of the fire-protection renovation of the SB building

Summary

The tender concerns ventilation works as part of the fire-protection renovation of the ZDF broadcasting building in Mainz-Lerchenberg, with the building in operation during execution. The contractor will dismantle existing wash-air installations and supply and install new wash-air installations with regulated pressure for seven stairwells, including fans, distribution cabinets, and control and monitoring equipment. The scope also includes the installation/replacement of F90 ducts, devices for pressure relief via dampers or skylights, pressure sensors and fire switches, the required cabling, and commissioning, functional testing and documentation. The works will be carried out in sections during ongoing operation.
