Casablanca Spekte-Haus Flooring Works

Summary

Casablanca is procuring flooring works for the new inclusive family support centre Spekte-Haus at Rockenhausener Straße 10 in Berlin-Spandau. The works include preparing and levelling about 2,270 m² of screed, installing approximately 2,010 m² of linoleum flooring, 50 m² of sports linoleum and 210 m² of needle-punched textile flooring, as well as stair finishes, skirting boards, profiles and related details. The contract also includes limited hourly-rate work for skilled workers and assistants.
