Twin-girder temporary bridge for the Untergraben railway overbridge

Summary

The works concern renewal of the Untergraben railway bridge in Meschede by installing a twin-girder temporary bridge. They include removing and disposing of the steel superstructures of the existing two-track bridge, which is 10.30 m long; constructing abutments founded on six bored piles on each bank, with micropile anchoring and backfilling; delivering and installing the temporary bridge; and restoring the railway line to service.
