Routine cleaning at the Mannheim Regional Directorate

Summary

The procurement is for routine cleaning services at the Regional Directorate in Mannheim. The contractor must clean all floor surfaces and all accessible surfaces and furnishings, including tables, cabinets, mobile drawer units, shelves, windowsills, radiators and light fixtures. Office machines and individual desktop computers are excluded. Fingerprints at handle height must be removed from interior glazing, glass doors and glazed partition walls; cleaning the interior glazing itself is covered by the separate glass-cleaning service. The type, scope and frequency of cleaning are set out in Appendix D2, the bill of quantities. The estimated contract value is EUR 270,000, and the submission deadline is 19 October 2026.
