Summary

The tender covers the construction and operation of overarching site facilities for the expansion and restructuring of Christliches Klinikum Unna. The contractor must provide and maintain site safety barriers, traffic protection, stackable sanitary and office containers, site logistics planning, construction water, winter heating, video surveillance and security services, and time-based construction labour. The container rental model also includes offering office, break and storage containers to other contractors for monthly rental. The bid must be submitted electronically by 21 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion and accounts for 100% of the evaluation.
