Carpentry works for the new Schwalbennest daycare centre

Summary

The Municipality of Schönefeld is procuring carpentry and timber-construction works for the new Schwalbennest daycare centre at Schwalbenweg 8, designed for 168 children. The works include supplying and erecting the timber roof structure, roof and ceiling boarding, exterior timber cladding, structural connections and related components; the bill of quantities includes, among other items, 105 m³ of glued laminated timber and 1,350 m² of roof boarding. The procurement is not divided into lots.
