The general description states a cyclic test frequency of up to 20 Hz, while the detailed technical specification sets out the equipment’s frequency requirements. The supplier must deliver, install and commission the equipment in Dresden, conduct a factory acceptance test, provide documentation and conformity declarations, and train users. Delivery must take no more than 10 months after the order, and commissioning must be completed within 3 months after delivery. Offers must meet all technical minimum requirements and remain within the budget of EUR 1,275,000 including VAT. The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced compliant offer.
