Conclusion of a four-year contract for building maintenance cleaning and optional deep cleaning at Bayernallee and other sites from 1 February 2027, in 3 lots

Summary

The tender concerns regular building maintenance cleaning and, when required, deep cleaning for the City of Aachen over four years from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2031. The services cover schools, sports facilities, administrative buildings and other municipal sites and are divided into three lots. Routine cleaning must follow the specified frequencies and site-specific time windows, use environmentally and health-compatible cleaning products, and include disinfection, separated waste collection and replenishment of hygiene dispensers. Deep cleaning will be ordered separately when needed. The submission deadline is 12 October 2026 and tenders must be submitted electronically. Offers will be evaluated on price and productive working hours, with 50 points assigned to each criterion. Both measures consist of the annual price or annual hours for routine cleaning plus 17% of the corresponding deep-cleaning price or hours. Bidders must provide at least four comparable references, quality assurance information, details of the technical manager, liability insurance of at least EUR 1,000,000, environmental documentation and the mandatory Excel pricing forms.
