Fortschritt 2.0 – Employment and vocational integration programme in Hamburg

Summary

Jobcenter team.arbeit.hamburg is procuring the “Fortschritt 2.0” employment-integration programme in Hamburg-Mitte, north of the Elbe, for up to 200 participants, with a guaranteed minimum of 140. The six-month individual programme combines assessment and removal of employment barriers, vocational guidance, practical trials and job-specific skills training, basic and IT skills, application support, social-pedagogical and psychological support, and—where specified—job placement and post-placement stabilisation. The occupational areas are warehousing and transport, office administration, kitchen and service, and caretaker services; the maximum group size is 15. The lot also provides for 150 hours of outreach work to establish initial contact. The programme is scheduled to run from 15 February 2027 to 14 February 2028, with the participant referral corridor ending on 14 September 2028; the lot sheet also lists two subsequent options.
