Carpentry works for existing interior doors

Summary

The tender covers the restoration, repair and renewal of existing wooden interior doors at the building at Bülowstraße 90 in Berlin, as well as the manufacture of new wooden doors. The works also include installing and adapting door hardware, painting and lacquering wooden components, and refurbishing wall paneling, stair handrails and balustrades. Estimated quantities include approximately 60 single-leaf and 2 double-leaf wooden doors to be refurbished, 20 double-leaf doors to be repaired, 4 new double-leaf wooden doors and 1 door with a side panel and overpanel, around 90 drop-down floor seals, 75 door hardware sets and 15 door closers, together with the treatment of wall paneling. The tender must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 13 October 2026. The bidder must enter the applicable 19% VAT rate in the GAEB file. During contract performance, workers must receive at least EUR 14.84 gross per hour or any higher rate required by the applicable Berlin collective agreement, and this obligation must be passed on to relevant subcontractors.
