Prisoner shopping services at JVA Kleve

Summary

The tender concerns a concession to organize and operate shopping for approximately 234 prisoners at JVA Kleve. The supplier must provide food and beverages, personal-care products and personal necessities, including permitted dietary options, and must prepare, deliver and distribute prisoners’ pre-ordered goods inside the prison.
