Video conferencing systems

Summary

Dataport AöR, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the State of Schleswig-Holstein and the State of Saxony-Anhalt are procuring video conferencing systems for use with their Cisco Video Meeting Server and Expressway infrastructure. The supply includes Cisco encoders supporting SIP video, equipment installation and related changes, removals and support. The four-year framework agreement is to start upon award, but not before 1 January 2027; call-offs are capped at 150% of the total awarded offer value.
