Merheim Hospital – Building automation renovation for House 20, A-side (MSR-3)

Summary

The tender concerns building-automation works for the renovation of the A-side of House 20 at Merheim Hospital in Cologne. The scope includes automation stations on floors 2–10, control and field devices, control cabinets, cabling, connection to the existing building-management system, programming, commissioning, testing, documentation and user training. The estimated value is EUR 630,000 excluding VAT, with the contract period planned from 5 October 2026 to 31 December 2027. The bidder must prove the required registrations, payment of taxes and social-security contributions, turnover from comparable activities during the last three financial years, and liability insurance of at least EUR 2,000,000 for each type of loss.
