Summary

This tender concerns the construction of a neighborhood center at Am Querkamp, south of Brüder-Grimm-Schule, for youth, children and their families. The objective is to create community, group and multi-use spaces and offices. The works include timber and steel construction; the building comprises two full floors and an attic, with timber- and steel-structure elements, timber-aluminium exterior windows and doors, shading devices and a photovoltaic system.
