Summary

The tender concerns sanitary and heating renovation at the Nuremberg North Clinic, Building 47, and related thermal insulation works. The work will be carried out in multiple construction phases while the building remains in operation. In the unused attic, a new heating plant will be installed connected to the district heating network. A new pumping hot-water distribution network will be installed throughout the building, and existing radiators will be replaced. The sanitary cores and kitchenette areas within the building will be renovated, and the cold and wastewater networks renewed. These new installations must be insulated in accordance with the GEG requirements.
