Outdoor Facilities Planning for the Eschenstraße School Extension

Summary

The City of Duisburg is procuring landscape architecture services for the outdoor areas adjoining a new, three-storey extension at FÖS Eschenstraße in Duisburg-Wanheimerort. The extension will have approximately 2,050 m² of gross floor area. The work covers landscape planning for HOAI service phases 1–9, including accessible routes, play and recreation areas, fire-service access, drainage and utility connections, and integration with the existing school grounds. The procurement is not divided into lots.
