Support services for the Moodle-based LernenBB specialist application

Summary

The State of Brandenburg, represented by the Brandenburg IT Service Provider (ZIT-BB), is procuring support services for its Moodle-based LernenBB learning application. The work covers operational and service management, Moodle administration, incident and service requests, changes and releases, the mobile app, security and compliance, testing, and further development. The estimated volume is 120 person-days per year, with up to 250 person-days through 31 January 2029, plus an estimated three person-days for initial familiarisation.
