WGS – Wohnungsgesellschaft Schwerin mbH is procuring technical systems design for the comprehensive renovation of two apartment buildings at Ricarda-Huch-Straße 10–16 in Schwerin. The scope covers water, wastewater and gas systems; heating and ventilation systems; and electrical systems, with communications and information technology systems where required. Design services cover HOAI service phases 1–9. Heating, ventilation and plumbing, and electrical engineering are identified as work packages, but the contract is not divided into lots.
