Building and room acoustics design for the gerontopsychiatry clinic in Königslutter

Summary

AWO Niedersachsen gGmbH is procuring building and room acoustics engineering services for the gerontopsychiatry clinic in Königslutter. The project covers a new building and modernisation of the existing clinic, which has five wards; the planned total usable area is approximately 4,800 m², including about 2,600 m² of new-build space. The services include acoustic planning and advice, sound insulation and room-acoustic solutions, and support for their implementation; work may be commissioned in stages, with later stages and special services optional.
